Why does the swing feel higher on Teej? Perhaps because hope rises with it.

A festival where the swing sways, the songs rise, and every wife prays quietly for her husband's long life.

Not every festival asks for patience and prayer in equal measure — Teej does, and gives back tenfold.

Teej mubarak — may Shiv-Parvati's bond be the blueprint for yours.

May Goddess Parvati bless your home with the same harmony she shares with Lord Shiva.
