This new year of the Islamic calendar begins not with festivity, but with remembrance of a sacrifice...

This month asks us to look inward and ask what we would be willing to lose for what is right.

May this Muharram bring peace and patience to your heart.

A time to reflect, remember and honor sacrifice.

Muharram is not a festival of joy; it is a season for the heart to remember what was sacrificed for truth.
