This Buddha Purnima, may your heart be as calm as still water and as open as the sky above it.

The candle does not seek praise for its light; it simply burns, and the room is brighter for it. Be that quiet light.

Stillness is not the absence of noise, but the presence of a mind that no longer chases it.

Wishing you compassion, calm and clarity this Buddha Purnima.

May you find today what the Buddha sought under the Bodhi tree: not answers, but stillness enough to stop asking.
